This feature is useful if you have multiple admin accessing your admin pages and thereby you can have a complete track record of admin pages.
This is an optional feature and you can obviously ignore or leave this field empty if you do not want to track.
Create a new property (UA or GA4) and add the tracking script in this extension at the appropriate field.
