Refunds are not applicable under the following circumstances:


Refund and Cancellation Fees

Processing refunds involves unavoidable costs such as payment gateway charges, taxes, and infrastructure usage. Based on these factors, the following cancellation fees apply:

  1. Extension not working on a default setup: $0

  2. Cancellation initiated within 3 days from purchase: $0

  3. Cancellation initiated after 3 days from purchase: $5

  4. If our support team has worked on your ticket and the issue is due to conflicts with other extensions or themes: $5 + 10% of the extension price
