Customer can click on the unsubscribe link on the email. The unsubscribe link is generated by using the short-code {unsubscribe}

The generated link has encrypted data and hence only the user can unsubscribe from the email link. Any random person cannot misuse this function.

Admin can view the list of unsubscribers here in this tab and if required admin can delete the unsubscriber from the list.
