SOLUTION: 

This issue appears when in HTML editor, the table created is not properly formed. Therefore identify the issue in the table created or recreate a table and remove the previous one.

Issue: PDF Invoice is not getting attached to email

Solution

1. Ensure you made appropriate settings and saved it.
2. Ensure the website is not in maintenance mode. PDF Invoice will not get attached to email if the website is in maintenance mode
3. If your website is not in maintenance mode and still you are not receiving the PDF invoice in email, try refreshing the modification cache and try again.
