SOLUTION:
This issue appears when in HTML editor, the table created is not properly formed. Therefore identify the issue in the table created or recreate a table and remove the previous one.

Issue: PDF Invoice is not getting attached to email
Solution
- Ensure you made appropriate settings and saved it.
- Ensure the website is not in maintenance mode. PDF Invoice will not get attached to email if the website is in maintenance mode
- If your website is not in maintenance mode and still you are not receiving the PDF invoice in email, try refreshing the modification cache and try again.
