The extension uses the single-item or multiple-item template depending on how many shipment rows are included in the email for that action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Use the simple layout generator when you want a fast, clean email starting point. It is useful when you need a professional template but do not want to hand-code the full email body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When to edit the HTML manually<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Edit the email content manually when you need precise control over spacing, custom sections, branding, or shortcode placement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Order history and SMS behavior<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The extension can add a shipment comment to order history after saving shipment data. It can also prepare and optionally send SMS content when the related SMS integration is available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
