Automatic Notification (Cron Job)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can fully automate the notification process using a cron job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The extension provides a cron command in the settings page. Add this command to your hosting control panel cron scheduler (such as cPanel or server cron manager).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can configure the cron job to run:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>once per day<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>multiple times per day<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>based on your inventory update frequency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>When the cron job runs, the extension automatically:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>checks product availability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>validates alerts based on configured rules<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sends notifications to eligible customers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Note:<br>Cron command format may vary depending on server configuration. The command provided in the settings works in most environments. Notify Selected Customers (Individual Notification)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also send notifications to specific customers manually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to the <strong>Alerts<\/strong> tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the alert records you want to notify<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Selective Operation<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Notify Selected<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>This method sends notifications only to the selected records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Important:<br><\/strong>In this method, stock availability is not validated.
