To verify the placement and reflection of the ads conversion scripts on your order success or account success pages, you can easily enable logs from the settings.

Enabling the logs will provide insights: if the script is correctly placed, logs will indicate successful integration. However, the absence of added logs signifies a possible script placement issue, often due to template conflicts or conflicts with third-party extensions. In such cases, our dedicated support team is readily available to assist and resolve these conflicts for you.

Please note, for efficiency, logs older than 30 days are automatically removed from the system, ensuring the space is utilized effectively and your records remain up-to-date.
