In order to receive support to the product, you must first activate the license for your product. Product without active license will not receive any support. Regardless whether you purchased the extension from OpenCart Marketplace or directly from our store, you must register your product and activate the license from here.
Once you have activated the license, you will be able to submit support ticket. The link to submit support ticket are enabled only for active licenses. If your license is expired, you need to renew your license in order to continue receive our support. Kindly refer to our support policy
