A refund should be claimed within 30 days from the date of purchase. Once refund is claimed, our support team will authenticate the claim and within 2 business days, the refund of money will be initiated from our end. The refund process will get complete based on the payment gateway provider's refund policy. All refund claim should be communicated via our support system.
Money Refund is applicable for extension/module on the following conditions:
- It does not work as advertised
- It is buggy and the support team is not able to fix the bugs or issues.
