Refund Policy

A refund should be claimed within 10 days from the date of purchase. Once refund is claimed, our support team will authenticate the claim and within 2 business days the refund of money will be initiated from our end. The refund process will get complete based on the payment gateway provider's refund policy. All refund claim should be communicated via our support system via tickets. Kindly do not claim refund through email

Money Refund is applicable for extension/module on any of the following conditions:

  1. It does not work as advertised*
  2. It is buggy and the support team is not able to fix the bugs or issues*

* Please note you will need to submit a support ticket in our support system. The support team will attempt to install the extension in your website. Refund will be initiated only after the support team verifies that you cannot use this extension. Admin credential and ftp credential will be required to attempt installation. Refund will not be processed if you are hesitant to share credential to the support team for the installation

Money Refund is not applicable for extension/module on any of the following conditions:

  1. If you didn't notice the version compatibility or any part of extension description
  2. Support team is not able to make the extension work as per your custom needs
  3. Wrongly purchased the extension
  4. If you changed your mind after purchase and you do not want to use the extension.
