You can create the “Inactive Customer Report” by simply clicking the Generate button.

Note the data here is not real-time data. The table is only refreshed when the report is generated manually by clicking the generate button or automatically by the corn job.

When you use the manual generation button, it will not delete or disable the customer. It will only provide you with the data based on the setting whether the inactive customer generation is based on customer activity or based on order history.

When running in the automatic mode (cron job), based on the setting, the inactive customer will be disabled.

Deletion happens on the basis of customer status and only customers who are disabled will be deleted from the database. Deletion will not happen for customers with active status.
