Managing Shipment Records

Orders tab

The Orders tab shows shipment records already saved in the system. Use the search input to find records by order ID or tracking ID.

Shipment form on the admin order page

The shipment form is where staff enter the actual shipment details for an order.

Select product(s) to be shipped

Use this to choose which order items are being shipped now. This is important when an order is split into several shipments.

Quantity

Use this when only part of the ordered quantity is shipping. It helps the extension track partial dispatches correctly.

Shipping Partner

Select the courier used for the shipment. The selected partner is also used to build the tracking link if that partner has a tracking URL pattern.

Tracking #

Enter the tracking number, consignment number, or shipment reference provided by the courier.

Shipment Order Status

Choose the status that should be assigned after the shipment is saved. In many stores this is used to move the order to a shipped or dispatched state.

Expected Delivery Date

Use this when you want staff and customers to see the expected delivery date. Leave it blank if that date is not available.

Save

Use this to store the shipment details without sending an email immediately.

Save & Send Email

Use this when the shipment details are final and you want to notify the customer straight away.

Logs tab

The Logs tab is useful when reviewing extension activity and troubleshooting issues. Use it when shipment emails, template actions, or related tasks need investigation.
