Label
This is the internal name of the email template. Use descriptive labels so staff can quickly identify the purpose of the template, such as Shipment - Single Item Blue.
Layouts
This selects a simple email layout sample. Use it when you want to generate a professional starting structure instead of building HTML manually.
Width
This controls the email body width used by the simple layout generator. Use common values such as 600 when you want a safe email width for most email clients.
Color 1 to Color 4
These four color fields are used when generating a simple layout. Use them to quickly match the email style to the store brand without editing HTML by hand.
Content Sample
This selects a prebuilt content sample that is merged into the chosen layout. Use it when you want a faster starting point for the email body.
Email Content
This is the main email HTML body. Use it to control headings, text, image areas, and where shipment shortcodes appear.
Sender Name
This is the display name shown as the sender of the shipment email. Use your store name or a clear operations name.
Sender Email
This is the sender email address used for the shipment email. Use a valid store mailbox that is appropriate for customer replies or monitored by staff.
BCC
Use this field when you want internal staff or another mailbox to receive a copy of outgoing shipment emails.
Reply-to
Use this when customer replies should go to a different mailbox than the sender email.
Email Subject
This is the subject line shown to the customer. Use a clear subject that helps the customer recognize the shipment notice immediately.
