This feature is only available if you have our OpenCart SMS extension installed.

SMS will be sent to the SMS API. You can set the SMS template here. SMS will be sent along with the abandoned cart email. If the email setup is turned off SMS will not be sent to the SMS API.

You can use the available short-codes. However, do not use HTML shortcodes like {cart_items} or {customer_reviews}

Note: SMS is not sent to the receiver by this extension. This extension only composes the SMS based on the SMS template and sends it to the OpenCart SMS extension where you have the SMS API setup done. It is the job of the SMS API to send the SMS to the receiver or customer.
