Setting this option will add the admin comment automatically to the order history table when you click on the “Add History” button.
You can set the order history comment template in the edit template page itself.
All shortcodes applicable for email template is also applicable for order history comment template.
This template is linked with the respective email template, therefore this will work only if the email template is enabled. However, sending an email is decided by the “Notify Customer” option. The admin comment will be added to the order history table if the email template is enabled regardless of the “Notify Customer” checkbox option.
The admin comment template will be skipped if the admin manually enters the comment while updating order history.
