Step 1: Install Base Plugin
You need the base plugin https://www.huntbee.com/base-plugin (free to download) in order to use this extension.
Refer guide https://www.huntbee.com/resources/docs/base-plugin-for-huntbee-extensions/installation/ to install Base Plugin. If you have already installed this, you can skip this step.
Step 2: Install Order Shipment tracking extension
- Login to admin panel
- Go to Extension > Extension Installer. Upload the appropriate package order-shipment-tracking-info-x.x.x.ocmod.zip
- Go to Productivity Apps > All Apps. Click on Install Order Shipment Tracking Details
- Edit the extension and make neccesary settings and click on Save button
- Go to Extension > Modification. Click on Refresh Modification.
- Test the extension.
Recommended first steps after installation
- Add at least one shipping partner.
- Select your shipment email templates.
- Set the eligible order statuses.
- Set the shipped order status.
- Choose the admin shipment form template that best suits your staff workflow.
Example: if your warehouse team usually ships only orders in the Processing or Ready to Dispatch status, add those statuses to the eligible list first. This keeps the shipment workflow limited to the correct order states.
