Product Health
Focused views identify declining products, products with no sales, new sellers and dormant products. Declining products compare the selected period with the preceding period using the configured threshold.
Additional performance views
Review category, manufacturer and customer-group performance, plus registered vs guest sales. Category totals are not additive because a product can belong to more than one category.
Filters and exports
Reports support store, date period, order-status and comparison filters. CSV exports follow the active report filters. Report caching can be enabled for faster repeat viewing, and the Index Advisor lists optional database indexes for larger stores.
