Refund and Cancellation Policy
We want you to have complete clarity before purchasing our OpenCart extensions. Please read this policy carefully, as it explains when refunds are applicable and when they are not.
General Terms

Refunds are generally not possible once a purchase is made. Refunds are considered only in rare, exceptional cases as defined below.

Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of purchase through our official support ticket system. Requests sent via email will not be processed.

Once submitted, our support team will review the request and respond within 2 business days. Refund credit timelines depend on the payment gateway’s policies.
Conditions Eligible for Refund
Refunds are considered only if:

The extension does not work as advertised.

The extension has bugs or issues that our support team is unable to resolve.
Note: For verification, our support team may attempt to install the extension on your website. You must provide admin and FTP credentials for this process. Refunds will not be issued if you decline to provide the required access.
Conditions Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds are not applicable under the following circumstances:

License renewals (strictly non-refundable).

Conflicts with third-party modules, extensions, or themes.

Failure to check version compatibility or extension description before purchase.

Requests for customization beyond advertised features.

Wrong product purchased.

Change of mind after purchase.

Hosting/server restrictions preventing the extension from functioning.
Refund and Cancellation Fees
Processing refunds involves unavoidable costs such as payment gateway charges, taxes, and infrastructure usage. Based on these factors, the following cancellation fees apply:

Extension not working on a default setup: $0

Cancellation initiated within 3 days from purchase: $0

Cancellation initiated after 3 days from purchase: $5

If our support team has worked on your ticket and the issue is due to conflicts with other extensions or themes: $5 + 10% of the extension price

Refunds are exceptions, not the norm. We encourage customers to review extension descriptions, version compatibility, and requirements carefully before purchase.

Once a purchase is made, in most cases, the sale is considered final and non-refundable.
