What We Preserve

What Will Not Be Preserved

  • Custom templates and themes from older OpenCart versions will not be compatible. The default OpenCart theme will be applied after the upgrade. You can install a new theme yourself or opt for our theme installation service.
  • Third-party extensions will not be upgraded as part of the service. You will need to contact the extension developers for updated versions.
  • Module positions may reset and require manual reconfiguration in the admin panel.

I have been working with Huntbee since around 2018 and purchased multiple modules. I was also using some other 3rd party modules which were installed by the developer so I did not know how to cleanly back them out and they were causing some performance and stability issues. I reached out to Huntbee and had them upgrade my installation to the latest OC version - 3038 at the time. Communication was excellent, the work was clean and backups were provided prior to any changes. this also included re-installation of my Huntbee modules which I have about 6 of. All of my critical data - customers, products, orders... remained intact.
