I really like how this module is designed – everything is customizable, and the default templates are quite helpful to start from! I was able to configure the extension within 1 day, which includes setting up the extension, creating email template, adjustments for the reviews page template.

I also appreciate the functionality: flexibility of settings, reminder feature, pixel for tracking if email was opened, and if the review was submitted (and even for how many products out of the specific order!).

Really useful tool as it will save me £100s on fees from greedy review companies for their so called automated systems. Easy to use and versatile enough so that I can create my own template with links to 3rd party reviewers such as Google reviews, etc and nice page to entice customers to leave product reviews on-site. Quick and helpful support from Huntbee as usual too. Fantastic!
