Logged-in customer experience
In the standard package, shipment data is shown to logged-in customers on the order details page. Customers can see the courier, tracking number, tracking link, delivery date, and shipped product information where available.
Bulk shipment and separate shipment display
If all shipment rows for an order use the same tracking number, the storefront can present them as one combined shipment. If different tracking numbers are used, the storefront can show separate shipment entries.
What customers do not get by default
The standard package does not include a separate public shipment lookup page for guest users. That functionality is packaged separately as a paid add-on.
Example: a logged-in customer can open the order page and check the tracking details there. A guest customer needs the separate guest tracking page add-on if the store wants that public lookup workflow.
