How the Extension Works

Customer workflow

1. Customer visits a product page
2. If product is out of stock, a Notify Me button appears
3. Customer enters email address (and other optional details)
4. Customer submits the alert request
5. The extension stores the alert request
6. When stock becomes available, the system sends notification email
7. Customer returns to store and completes purchase

Admin workflow

1. Customer submits stock alert request
2. Admin can view requests from Alerts section
3. Admin monitors product demand from Demand tab
4. When product quantity is updated, extension checks stock rules
5. Customers are notified automatically or manually
6. Admin reviews logs and reports
